During course, the students are required to pass the semester examinations conducted by institute. The examination program is as follows:
Semester examinations conducted by institute- After completing each semester the students will be subjected to an examination. Before a candidate is allowed to appear for the examination, he / she should have been present for at least 90% of the training period of the subject. The examinations will be conducted semester wise, every six months.
- Examination papers will be set, invigilated and checked by competent examiners designated by the Training Manager.
- The examination papers will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).
- Candidates who are successful in the semester examination will be issued with a marks-sheet by the institute giving details of the marks obtained in each subject.
- DGCA representatives may at their discretion associate with the examination to ensure that the standard of questions and fair examination practices are followed.
- To be declared successful in the course, candidates must obtain a minimum 75% in each paper of semester examinations conducted by the institute.
- Students will be promoted to the next semester after completion of previous semester(s). Students who are not successful in passing some subjects of a semester may be re-examined for those subject(s) until they pass the complete semester.
